Choose your country and city, select a local shop, add a bouquet or create a monobouquet, and choose delivery or pickup at checkout.

Marketplace orders use the shop's currency and secure Stripe payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Lystva Lviv uses its own website and payments in Ukrainian hryvnias.

Your chosen shop arranges delivery and sets its own zones, fees and time windows. Pickup is available where the shop offers it.

File a complaint from the order page within 24 hours after delivery. The shop has 24 hours to reply. Unresolved complaints go to Lystva for review.
